Resolved: Have not received confirmation on my falcon Cardinals tickets for November 12th also purchase parking
I have not received confirmation for the tickets I purchased through SeatGeek for the falcons Cardinals NFL game November 12th 2023 at 2:05 p.m. would like to receive a confirmation as the tickets are presents and need to get them to the people I bought them for. I also purchased parking through the same company

I tried to cancel this order within 5 minutes of purchase! Absolutely no help!
The tickets location for event was horrible seating. Paid $387.00 for 2 ticks! Could have had 1st class seats for this price! This was a huge rip off!
Will definitely be much more observant of where and how tickets are pitched in the future! Will never use your site again

The tickets I picked were not the ones I received. When I called they told me nothing they can do.
Really bad customer service.
Will put a hold payment and dispute with credit card. I would never use them again bought others tickets through a different site.

Refund for nelly
Allegan county said they was going refund the tickets on the day of the concert ,Nelly no show Saturday 9th he rescheduled, but I called them and they said they couldnt refund my money back , I wanted to go on Saturday, I have to go to work early in the morning during the week. I wouldnt have bought the tickets if the concert was on a Thursday.

Did not receive $300 in tickets for the WSU /UCLA game despite three phone calls.
The game is tomorrow at 12 noon! Have parking pass and no tickets!
We are so disappointed, as alums of WSU living in CA.

Ripped off
On 10/13/2023 I looked up tickets for the Keeneland Fall Horse racing meet in Lexington, KY. The first one I found on google search turned out to be TicketCenter.com.
The headline made it look like I was purchasing tickets from Keeneland directly. Having never been there, I agreed to buy 5 tickets, total with fees $275.00. While filling out the purchase form, there was a timer ticking down the time left to purchase. It also stated, "limited availability." I therefore rushed through the purchase process.
A day or two later, I learned that similar tickets as mine could have been purchased directly from Keeneland for $10.00, or Stubhub for $20.00.
I called TicketCenter for a refund, got someone in the Phillipines, who was no help! I was completely a victim of fraud.

Ticket Center didn't deliver baseball tickets
Ticket Center.com charged my credit card and didn't deliver the tickets, nor did they provide basic instructions as how to obtain the baseball tickets!!!

I requested a refund the same day I purchased tickets to Wicked 11/12 as I found out I could not attend the show . The website states you can get a refund but will be charged $25 fee .
I have texted the company 6 times ! I tried to call the company but you cannot find a phone number to reach anyone

I completed all the information needed as far as credit card number, name, and address! My phone statedplease wait!!

2 tickets = $339,50 for Oct 1,2023
SF giant game, bought 2 tickets, section 138 row 13. Order #5632****. I wasn't given a bar code.
Afrer paying $339,50 for tickets & $150.00 for parking i couldn't get in no bar code & no seat numbers.
I had to buy 2 more *** tickets for $37.00.
I am requesting you to honorably return the $339,50 to my bank account.
