Called to cancel ticket purchase. They do not cancel or refund but customer service was very helpful.

Please do not use this site. It's a platform for people to resell their tickets and rip people off.
They say that their website states that tickets may be below or above face value, but I doubt there are any below.
I ended up paying $244 for two tickets that should have been $108. I have no recourse now, but hopefully, I can save someone else the frustration of them stealing your money.

Senior mistake
I pressed for the Sunday matinee and did not notice the error and now I see that I cannot change these tickets. PLEASE change me to the matinee on that date. I will be 82 years old at the time of this show and cannot possibly come at 7:30 at night.

SCAM for concert goers
Paid for 4 tix on July 11 with confirmation receipt. Never received tickets and venue said this company is a well known scam.
Noticed how similar their google name is to other firms on the internet.

I bought ticket insurance for 2 tix
Two days before covert I requested cancellation and refund. 1.
Spouse tested covid positive. Two days before concert I requested cancellation and refund. Both were denied though I had purchased ticket insurance. Customer service refused to honor request.
2. I Cancelled airline flights to concert. 3. The day before the concert tickets had not been received.
I wanted to try to resale them. 4. When requested I was told seller would issue tix by 11:59 pm.on the day of the concert. At 2:00 a.m.
I still had no tickets. No cancellation or refund. 5. St 9;00 am no contact.
At 10:00 a.m.
customer service issued a full refund.+ $40 coupon for future purchase. I DONT EVER PLAN TO PURCHASE TIX ONLINE.

I called to return 2 Chris Botti concert tickets and was told I could not get the refund. I bought 2 Chris Botti concert tickets in San Antonio Sept 14. I also purchased insurance to be able to return the tickets if I could not attend.

I didn't want to pay $47 to find out if I was going to get my tx. Wondered if it was a scam so hung up & cancelled my card.Still dont know what happened with my tickets.

I tried again to log in to get my tickets and there was a new problem. I told your representative there were too many steps and I will stop by the box office this week and buy new tickets.
Your multi step process of getting the tickets I paid for is unreasonable. Know your audience based on the show they are seeing.
I buy from you, I have to go to another companies website to set up an account, so you can recognize it, if you order from your phone you can only do this process on your phone not on your computer. Shut the system down, then try again.
Not worth it. Keep my money, I will buy direct.

Verified ReviewerOnce you purchase tickets, it is confusing to try to get them. I had to purchase extra tickets because the 4 I purchased only showed up as one.
When I received the email confirming the purchase of my tickets, it clearly stated that I could add it to my wallet. So I clicked on that when I went to the concert and opened up the wallet, there was only one ticket (see below), even though I purchased four.
I had to go to the box office and re-purchase the other three. Tried calling the office, but was put on hold for 15 minutes.
- Website not easy to maneuver - very expensive
Preferred solution: Partial refund of 3 tickets that were not used
