Why do you not give refunds when due ?How are you allowed to list and sell tickets on your site that have not always been verified with the seller ? Once the time frame came PER YOUR EMAIL that I should have had the tickets you still would not give a refund .

I did not see any disclaimer saying " TICKETS LISTED, ADVERTISED AND SOLD MAY NOT EXIST ", that would have been helpful to know . How can you justify not giving refunds when you did not keep your end of the contract and provide what was promised. What am I missing. How are you able to operate .
