I was very dissatisfied with my experience and got no resolve on my complaint I would have liked to have gotten a refund for a parking pass that I never got to use

Wanted to reschedule tickets to a Sunday matinee instead of Thursday. An innocent mistake in purchasing the tickets.

Online information should say.

ALL TICKETS ARE FINAL! No exchanges or returns.

The tickets I bought for the Lionel Richie concert are $139.00 each, and I was charged $363.50. It should be closer to $278.00.

This is a dishonest company. They sold tickets to an event that wasnt even posted by the venue.

And they told the tickets for an obscene amount of money.

When I saw the event only listed with ticket center, I had mistakenly believed these were the only tickets left and bought them. Ticket center says they will not offer a refund of any kind despite tickets not being on sale anywhere else.

I contacted the company & they wouldn't give our refund to us. They charged double the price for tickets. This is a rip off!

I HAVE SENT MANY EMAILS TO TICKET CENTER. I DID NOT AUTHORIZED THE 2 TICKETS TO DONNY OSMOND IN SPOKANE WA, I CALLED WITHIN THE HOUR AND TALKED TO A MAN AND TOLD ME HE THINKS HE COULD CANCEL THE ORDER SINCE I CALLED RIGHT BACK.

TOLD ME HE GET BACK TO ME AND I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN. I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THIS ORDERED CANCEL AND CREDIT BACK TO MY ACCOUNT.

I didn't realize it until I hit send that I misspelled my email address in my ticket order for Funny Girl tickets at Playhouse Square on March 9, 2024 at 1:30.. The misspelled email I typed was nyjazzie@***.com and should have been nyjazzie@***.com.

I do not have my order number or contract ID. I used my American Express card to pay for the two tickets which are at Playhouse Square in balcony Y.

I havent received ticket transfer that had a deadline of 12/27/2023. The show is dated 12/30/2023 at 7:30pm.

That date is today and I cannot reach anyone bye phone. Every call has been an automated system that doesnt allow any correspondence through text, email, etc.

We lost our tickets and we cant get a refund. We called and spoke to three different people and we got no help.

We looked into the email address and it was not there.

So I highly dont recommend using this place. Thank you for reading

I purchased two tickets before I checked with my wife only to find that we will be traveling on the date of the performance. I cannot contact anyone to cancel my tickets.

Im happy to pay a cancellation fee if someone would contact me. There phone did not ring.

I purchased the tickets by mistake and they ere completely overpriced. G.A.

tickets on the venue website $45 the same were $109 on this site.

I called to cancel and the refuse to cancel the order, but all I get is a receipt with the location and price, not the actual seat tickets. Always watch where you are purchasing tickets from.
